Furnidesk feature

Use project galleries to show real furniture examples

Connect factory, showroom and customer-location photographs with products. Use a structured archive for presentation and after-sales context.

Archive more than a filename

A sofa photographed in a different fabric or in a customer living room carries information beyond a catalog image. Select the related products when creating the gallery; one project can include several items. Connect the customer where available, along with project type and location. The archive then becomes searchable project history rather than a collection of files organized only by upload date.

Show examples featuring the presented product

A studio image may not answer every customer question about color or arrangement. Previous production or delivery examples help explain how choices look in real settings. Make it clear that a project example does not redefine the standard technical dimensions of the catalog product. Photographs taken in different lighting may also require care when discussing exact fabric colors.

Use delivery photographs in service history

Photographs linked to delivered products and customers can help clarify the context of a later service request. Correct associations with the product and delivery matter. A missing customer can be created and linked during gallery preparation. However, storing a customer-home image inside the application does not mean it should be published on the marketing site; public use requires appropriate permission.

  • Associate a gallery with all relevant products.
  • Record consistent project types and locations.
  • Distinguish internal archives from public marketing images.
Real project examples strengthen product presentation when their context, product relationships and permitted use remain clear.
