Furniture delivery: stop sequence and loading plan
Bring ready products together with vehicles, dates and customer stops. Plan loading around delivery sequence and document the result in the field.
Plan the products being delivered, not just whole orders
Some products in an order may be ready while others remain in production. Include the actual items and quantities that can be delivered. Review the vehicle, date, addresses and stops together. For partial deliveries, make it clear which products belong to the trip so that the entire order is not mistakenly treated as complete.
Verify addresses and stop sequence in advance
Country, city and district classify an address; building, unit and access instructions help the team complete the delivery. Check the map position and contact information during planning. Decide stop sequence using access conditions and operational judgment. Showing locations on a map does not itself provide automatic routing optimized for traffic or vehicle capacity.
Assess loading in reverse delivery order
Products for the first stop need to be accessible inside the vehicle. Reverse loading suggestions provide a starting point based on stop sequence, but the field team must still assess heavy, fragile and differently sized items. Packaged volume, protection and safe stacking cannot be resolved by counting products alone.
Close delivery with documents and photographs
Loading, transit and handover are separate events. A delivery document and actual quantities help preserve the remaining requirements of the order. Connect field photographs with the customer and delivered products. If staff provide images later, an administrator can archive them with the correct relationships. Record delivery problems clearly enough to support a subsequent service request.
